Position Details
• Role: Full-Time English Teacher (1:1 and Group Classes)
• Location: Seoul or Busan (multiple branches)
• Contract: 12 months, renewable
• Hours:
o 40-hour booking window (attendance required only when classes are scheduled)
o Senior teachers with established students average 34–38 hours per week
o Flexible yet stable teaching schedules with consistent bookings

Compensation & Housing

Seoul – Group Classes (Pagoda Academy): 2.5M KRW/month base salary, up to 10M KRW key money or 250K KRW rent support, up to 100K KRW bonus.
Seoul – 1:1 Classes (Pagoda One): 2.5M KRW/month base salary, 5M KRW key money + 100K rent or 250K rent support, up to 100K KRW bonus.
Busan – Group Classes (Pagoda Academy): 2.2M KRW/month base salary, 5M KRW key money + 250K rent or 500K rent support, up to 100K KRW bonus.
Busan – 1:1 Classes (Pagoda One): 2.1M KRW/month base salary, 5M KRW key money + 250K rent or 500K rent support, up to 100K KRW bonus.
