We understand that moving abroad is a big decision and are happy to accommodate both solo applicants and couples looking to teach and live together in China. ---------------------------------------- · Location: Shenzhen (80% of the positions are here )/Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing etc · School type: International/Private Kindergarten · Position: Full-Time Native English ESL Teachers · Class size: 10-28 students in one class · Student age: 2-7 years old (Kindergarten) · Teaching Materials & Assistant: 1 - 3 Chinese teachers · Start Date: Octorber/November 2025 Working Hours: · 40 hours per week, including office hours · Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, weekends off (Kindergarten) / 3 days work in weekdays, 2 days work on weekends (Training center) ---------------------------------------- Responsibilities: - Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students. - Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures and student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. - Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning. - Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space. - Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes. ---------------------------------------- Salary & Benefits: – Salary between 12,000CNY – 20,000CNY/ Month based on the qualifications – Paid Summer / Winter vacation & 11 days of Chinese official holidays – Foreign teachers community – Training & Curriculum provided – Social Security/health insurance – Flight allowance – Free hotel accommodation upon arrival – Support in finding an accommodation – Full support in making the transition to life in China ---------------------------------------- Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (no major limit) - Due to visa requirements, we can only consider candidates from the following countries: USA, CA, UK, IRE, NZ, AUS, SA - TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/PGCE certified - Non-criminal background - Teaching experience with young children (ages 0-7) is preferred, but we welcome applicants without prior teaching experience. Training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role - Strong communication and classroom management skills - Ability to engage and inspire young learners in a diverse, multicultural setting
