Join New Trilingual School in Bangkok as a School Manager. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of at least ฿50,000 per month. The School Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of our trilingual curriculum, managing student enrollment through marketing and admissions, and maintaining compliance with the Private School Act and other regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage curriculum delivery and student recruitment. - Oversee all aspects of staff recruitment, payroll, and work permits. - Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and handle fee collection. - Ensure compliance with safety certifications and OPEC inspections. - Facilitate parent communication through various channels and maintain facilities. Role Summary: - Collaborate with the Principal to manage HR, finance, parent relations, and facilities. - Ensure compliance with Thai Ministry of Education regulations. - Manage the recruitment process with a focus on the Bangkok market. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of school management experience. - Fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English. - Proven experience in increasing enrollment. - Knowledge of Cambridge/Pearson curriculum, Jolly Phonics, and HSK frameworks is preferred.
