Job Description:

FULL-TIME NATIVE TEACHERS NEEDED IN SEOUL

[Direct hire] 2 Experienced Native English-speaking teachers needed ASAP for a large, well-established, private hagwon in Seoul

Location: Mokdong, Seoul, in a newly renovated space near Mokdong Emart and Mokdong Station, line 5

Start date: end of July, 2026

Working Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri: 9:00-18:30, Tue, Thurs: 9:00-17:00. Breaks scheduled throughout the day, including lunch breaks outside of the classroom.

Contract Period: 12 months

Job Type: Full-Time Teaching Position

Salary: 2.7 starting, but negotiable depending on experience

Paid vacation days: 11 days + all red days + paid sick days (all legally required paid days)

Benefits: health insurance, pension, severance for 12-month contract completion, and other required national insurances depending on your visa, incoming flight reimbursement if recruited from outside Korea

Students: maximum 12 students in a class. Kindergarten from 9:30-14:30 followed by Elementary in the afternoons

Housing: provided or 400k/month housing allowance

Curriculum: provided with flexibility based on class needs and teaching style

Qualifications: Native English speaker currently holding or eligible for an E-2 visa, or has F-6 visa from the US, UK, CA, IRE, AU, NZ. Preference for those experienced and already in Korea.

We are looking to hire 2 passionate and enthusiastic, native-speaking English Teachers to join our team of 11 native English teachers and 14 Korean teachers. We are a well-established school within the Mokdong area, having been rooted in the district for over 14 years.

The ethos of the school is to make a fun and educational environment for the children where they can thrive and learn with play! We are a supportive and friendly school with extremely welcoming staff. We can provide teacher references after an interview if you would like to ask about the current work environment and workload, etc. We encourage good communication between staff and a positive work environment built on our love of teaching and mutual respect!
