All freshman and sophomore students are required to take oral English classes (including oral English corner with a foreign teacher in each term). ( Contract date: 1st August 2025 to 31st July 2026) *ESL teacher’s salary, benefits, and perks* Salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers three times of yearly salary increase. Offer Chinese holiday allowance as an extra benefit. Workload: 22 teaching periods to 26 teaching periods each week (1 teaching period =45 minutes). Regular teaching outings and festival parties provided by the college.
