Job Description:

HANA School of Arts, a specialized art and design institution in Seoul, South Korea, is seeking a dedicated Art & Design Tutor for their UAL Foundation Diploma Programme.

The school supports students preparing to advance to prestigious art and design universities worldwide. The program includes foundation-level study, portfolio development, individual tutorials, and university application guidance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with students throughout their studies and university preparation, delivering the UAL Level 4 Foundation Diploma in Art & Design program in English. Responsibilities include guiding students, supporting portfolio development, conducting tutorials, providing feedback, and assisting with university applications.

Qualifications include being a native English speaker residing in Korea, holding a relevant Bachelor's degree, having a strong portfolio, and previous experience in teaching or mentoring students aged 16-25.

Candidates with additional qualifications like experience at UK art institutions, teaching at different academic levels, and professional experience in the creative field are preferred.

The position is part-time, freelance, based in Gangnam, Seoul, with a flexible teaching schedule and competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
