What You’ll Do
1. Deliver engaging online English lessons to students aged 4–100, ranging from young learners to business professionals.
2. Use Chinese strategically and only when helpful to clarify complex concepts, support understanding, and build student confidence.
3. Teach using structured materials directly on the TutorABC platform.
4. Support students in exam preparation courses such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GEPT, CAP, and GSAT.
5. Provide brief, constructive feedback after each class to help students track their progress.
Who We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Native or near-native Chinese-speaking bilingual teacher.
• CEFR C1+ English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience, with proven experience supporting Chinese-speaking English learners.
• TESOL, TEFL, TESL qualification, or a degree in Education.
• Strong digital literacy and reliable tech setup (stable internet, headset, and webcam).
• Energetic, professional, and student-centered teaching style.
Preferred Qualifications
• CEFR C2 English proficiency.
• CELTA or DELTA certification.
• Experience teaching exam-preparation courses or Business English.
• Experience teaching young learners, teens, and adults online.
