Job Description:



Valor International Scholars (VIS) is looking for a full-time Computer Science Teacher for middle and high school students in Anseong, South Korea.

The ideal candidate must be passionate and qualified to teach Coding, Computer Science, Robotics, and work with Grades 7-12. Proficiency in Python is crucial due to the school's use of Raspberry Pi, Arduino, 3D printers, and machine learning. The role involves solving software and hardware issues on MacOS and Windows and creating physical devices.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, completed a teacher licensure program in an English-speaking country, or have at least five years of relevant teaching experience. Integration of a Biblical worldview into teaching is essential, along with demonstrating professional integrity and a strong work ethic.

The successful applicant will work in a small school with small class sizes, requiring flexibility in teaching a variety of subjects. Teachers at VIS are responsible for fostering a Christ-centered educational environment that supports students in character, faith, and academic growth.
