Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dynamic K-12 Design and Technology Teacher to join our team at the school.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for cultivating innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students while teaching various design and technology concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and adapt curriculum to effectively teach design and technology concepts
- Deliver engaging lessons and manage the classroom effectively
- Plan and oversee hands-on projects for students
- Integrate technology tools into the learning environment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in design and technology activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Provide individualized instruction based on student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues on curricula and projects
- Stay updated on trends in design and technology education
- Engage with parents and the school community

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Design, Technology, or a related field from U.K./U.S./Australia/Canada/New Zealand ONLY
- Teaching certification for relevant grade levels
- Proficiency in design and technology concepts and tools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Experience in teaching design and technology is an advantage
