Sungmin Primary School, located in the vibrant city of Suwon, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum for elementary-grade students.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student development and classroom activities.
Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and contribute to a strong school community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Previous experience teaching elementary-aged children preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural and diverse educational setting.
Benefits:
Working hours: 8:50 AM to 5:50 PM.
Pay: 2.5 million KRW/month starting salary (depending on qualifications) + bonuses!
Vacations: 10 days in summer and 10 days in winter, plus all national holidays.
