612 Language Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and engaging Part-Time English Conversation Coach / Lounge Communicator to work with adult learners in Songdo, Incheon.
This is not a traditional lecture-based teaching position. We are looking for someone who can create a warm, natural, and enjoyable English-speaking environment where adult students feel comfortable practising real-life conversation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead casual and structured English conversation sessions for adult learners
- Help students build confidence, fluency, and natural speaking habits
- Create a positive and welcoming lounge-style learning atmosphere
- Support learners with pronunciation, vocabulary, expressions, and everyday communication
- Encourage students to speak more naturally and confidently
- Provide light feedback and guidance during speaking practice
- Work closely with the academy team to support students’ learning experience
Working Conditions:
- Location: Songdo, Incheon, South Korea
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Working Time: 5 hours per day
- Pay: ₩100,000 – ₩200,000 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
Requirements:
- Native-level English fluency
- Friendly, patient, and professional communication style
- Comfortable working with adult learners
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Previous teaching, tutoring, coaching, or customer-facing experience is preferred
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or related qualifications are a plus, but not essential
Preferred Candidate:
We are looking for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, understands how to make learners feel relaxed, and can help students enjoy speaking English without fear or pressure.
