Job Description:
Cornell Bilingual School is seeking a Native English Teacher for the 2024/2025 academic year. Located in Taoyuan, the school offers kindergarten, elementary, and junior high levels. Established over twenty-five years ago, it provides a vibrant and convenient learning environment.
The school features modern facilities, including well-equipped classrooms with interactive tools for teachers. We are currently hiring full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6, focusing on language arts and science.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated to teaching. Responsibilities include teaching, lesson planning, material preparation, and engaging in school activities when required.
Benefits include a competitive salary, attendance bonus, sponsored ARC and National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and vacation days. Candidates must reside in Taiwan, be native English speakers, hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and preferably possess teaching certificates and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a half-day paid leave weekly, totaling a four-and-a-half-day work week. The position entails a maximum of 26 class periods per week, each lasting 40 minutes.
