Job Description:
Cornell Bilingual School is seeking a Native English Teacher for the 2024/2025 academic year. Located in Taoyuan, our school caters to kindergarten, elementary, and junior high levels, offering a vibrant and convenient learning environment.
Established over twenty-five years ago, our campus is well-equipped with modern facilities, including spacious classrooms with interactive boards, projectors, and computers. We are currently hiring full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6, focusing on language arts and science subjects.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about teaching. The ideal candidates should be outgoing, energetic, and committed to creating engaging learning experiences for students.
Responsibilities include teaching, lesson planning, material preparation, and active participation in school activities. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:40, with a four-and-a-half-day work week and a maximum of 26 teaching periods per week.
Benefits include a competitive salary, sponsored ARC and National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and winter/summer vacation days. To be considered, applicants must currently reside in Taiwan, be native English speakers, hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and preferably possess a valid teaching license or TESOL/TEFL certificates, along with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
