English Teacher Position in Jeju Island - Full/Part-Time - Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are looking to hire energetic and passionate full and part time teachers starting in January 2025. 

We are a family run, totally independent academy in operation since 2016. Using our own curriculum, we emphasise not just teaching English, but teaching a variety of interesting topics in English. Projects, activities like plays and presentations, and games are a large part of our curriculum. 

Hours: 14:00 to 20:00 or 13:30 to 19:30 teaching time. No morning kindergarten.      

15:00 to 18:00 part time. Hours are flexible and can be negotiated.                   

Pay: 2,500,000 + 500,000 housing. Housing can be provided or applicant can find their own apartment. 

Teaching level: Elementary and middle school. 

We can only offer E visas to applicants from the seven native English speaking countries - UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, and New Zealand. Native English speaking F visa holders are also welcome to apply.

You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in South Korea: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. If you are not from one of those countries, you can still teach English in most other countries. This requirement is specific to South Korea and school's can only issue visa's to teachers from those listed countries.
