Job Description:

Small World English Institute, located in Gimpo City, South Korea, is a foreign-owned English academy with a reputation for excellence in the community. We are now seeking a dedicated ESL instructor to join our team.

Position: ESL instructor

Number of positions: 1

Starting date: Asap/Flexible 2026

Job location: Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (near Seoul)

Salary: 2.3~2.6 million Korean won per month

Teaching age range: elementary

Class size: maximum of 4 students per class

Office hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm; Tue, Thu 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm. No overtime or weekends required

Teaching hours: 4 hours a day on average

Benefits: severance pay, 50% health insurance, 50% pension, private housing

Vacation: national holidays, 1 week in summer, 1 week in winter (based on local school calendars)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, native English speaker, 1 year of Korea experience preferred, Korean E2 Visa eligibility
