Job Description:

Ron English Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced ESL Teacher to join our team in Yeongjong-do, Incheon, South Korea. We are a growing academy with a mission to provide "Happy, Simple, English" learning by creating a safe, comfortable environment that encourages holistic English development in a fun, low-stress setting.

Yeongjong-do is a rapidly developing city located just 20 minutes from Incheon Airport and 1.5 hours from Seoul. The area offers excellent public transport connections and a large seaside park within walking distance, making it a desirable location for both work and leisure. As our academy expands, we offer substantial opportunities for professional development.

Position Details:
- Role: ESL Teacher (Elementary Level)
- School: Ron English Academy (Established for 8 years)
- Location: Yeongjong-do, Incheon (1.5 hours from Seoul, 20 minutes from Incheon Airport)
- Start Date: Beginning of March 2026
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:45 PM
- Teaching Hours: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with five 50-minute classes daily
- Class Size: Maximum of 8 students per class
- Student Age: Elementary students
- Curriculum: Fully prepared and provided, with an emphasis on enthusiastic delivery and student engagement
- Fridays include activity-based classes linked to weekly themes

Requirements:
- Previous teaching experience in Korea is required
- Experience with elementary-aged children
- Eligibility for an E-2 visa (applicants must be from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa) or hold an F-series visa
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creates lively, student-centered classrooms
- Belief in language acquisition through social interaction
- Comfort with active and collaborative classroom environments

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from 2.6 million KRW per month, with potential increases based on experience
- Housing provided or a 400,000 KRW per month housing allowance
- Severance pay at the end of the contract
- 50% contribution to National Health Insurance

- Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Insurance
- 11 days of paid vacation in the first year, plus Korean national holidays
- 15 days of paid vacation in the second year
