April Language Institute is a well-known English education provider in Korea, with the Seongbuk branch situated in Central Seoul. As a part of a publicly traded company, we offer free training and a predeveloped curriculum to support our instructors.
Job Description:
- Position: ESL Instructor
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30-21:30 (with a 30-minute break)
- Average teaching hours: 110 hours per month
- Students: Grade 1 to Grade 5, eager to learn
- Pre-Established Curriculum
- Location: Central Seoul, near Hansung University metro station
- Instructor Training Program: 1-week training provided before teaching
- No split shifts
- Number of foreign instructors: 2+ (many extend their contracts)
Contract Details:
- Monthly salary: 2.7+ million KRW
- Housing: Fully furnished single housing provided
- Benefits: 50% health insurance, national pension, severance payment, airfare, and 2 weeks of paid leave per year
- Job vacancies available around the middle of November 2026 and beyond

- Bachelor's degree or higher (notarized by Korean consulate or apostilled)
- Apostilled Criminal Background Check
