Position Overview (Homeroom Teacher):
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers committed to education and passionate about working with young learners. If you possess a genuine love for teaching and the ability to create meaningful learning experiences for children, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Role: Homeroom Teacher
- Contract Period: 2026.08.01~2027.07.31
- Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Compensation:
Salary: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)
Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
Payment Schedule: Monthly
Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom teaching and student activities
- Develop engaging lesson plans and adapt them for young learners
- Maintain regular communication with parents and provide updates on performance
- Prepare official classroom letters, daily reports, and updates
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Conferences twice a year
- Submit Weekly Lesson Plans
- Maintain an effective classroom environment
- Collaborate with Korean teachers for school events and activities
- Conduct afterschool classes and monthly birthday parties
- Facilitate academic activities to enhance student development
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
Teaching credentials from America, Canada, or the U.K are advantageous
- Experience:
Preferably recent teaching experience in Korea with children
Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
- Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in assistive technologies and standard office software
Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment for diverse backgrounds
Basic familiarity with office and video equipment
