Job Description:

[Hiring] Online Part-Time Facilitator/Mediator – THNKABLE
THNKABLE is an online education platform rooted in the U.S. public education curriculum.
Our mission is to empower students to build "the power of thought" through independent reasoning and logical construction.

We are not looking for traditional lecturers who simply deliver knowledge. We are seeking Mediators intellectual guides who can design learning flows using high quality online content and awaken the untapped potential within every child.


At THNKABLE, the student is the protagonist. Your role is to facilitate an environment where they take the lead.

1. Lesson Design: Pre-study our digital curriculum to strategically plan lesson themes, discussion flows, and thought-provoking inquiry lists.
2. Student-Led Instruction: Create a space where students "teach" concepts back to you and lead the discourse.
3. Intellectual Mediation: Act as a catalyst for critical thinking. When students are stuck in conventional perspectives, you provide new lenses to expand their cognitive boundaries.
4. Digital Facilitation: Lead 100% virtual sessions that keep students deeply engaged, encouraging them to articulate their logic with precision.


[Minimum Requirements]
1. Native English Speaker: Graduate of an accredited university in an English-speaking country (USA, UK, Canada, etc.).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in English Literature, History, Psychology, Economics, Philosophy, or Political Science.
3. Current Residency: Must be currently residing in South Korea. (Applications from overseas will not be considered.)
4. Core Competencies: A passion for high-level linguistic engagement (Debate, Essay Writing,
Current Affairs) and the ability to handle spontaneous student inquiries with flexibility and wit.

1. Academic Excellence: Graduates from well-ranked global institutions.
2. Strategic Thinkers: Individuals who enjoy analyzing data to design their own logical "instructional flows."
3. Experience: Prior experience teaching high-level debate or academic writing, particularly within the Korean educational context.


1. Type: Part-time (100% Remote / Work-from-home).
2. Hours: Weekdays between 14:00 – 22:00 KST (Shift blocks available).
3. Compensation: Starting from KRW 50,000 per hour (Negotiable based on experience).


1. E-2 Visas are NOT sponsored.
2. F-series Visa holders are highly welcomed (3.3% withholding tax as an independent contractor).
3. Required Documents: Criminal Record Check (CRC), Apostilled Degree, and Health Check (standard procedure).
