To qualify, candidates must be licensed teachers from English-speaking nations. Non-licensed teachers should have a TESOL/TEFL certificate or relevant teaching experience, with a preference for a subject-related BA or MA degree.

📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.
