Job Description:

LanguageCube Guro Center in Guro, Seoul, South Korea, is seeking skilled and enthusiastic native English teachers for one-on-one adult conversation classes.

Location:

LanguageCube-Guro Center in Seoul, Guro (a 5-minute walk from Guro Digital Complex Station on Subway Line 2).

Qualifications:

- University (4-year) graduate

- Ability to obtain an E2 visa without issue

- Willingness to commit to at least 2 years of work

- Native English speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand

Preferences:

- Tesol/degree holders

- Experience in teaching English conversation classes

Job Details:

- Conducting one-on-one English conversation classes for adults

- Fixed salary regardless of class attendance or student absence

Working Conditions:

- Part-time hours:

Mon-Fri: 18:00-22:00 (4 hours)

Tue, Thu: 13:00-17:00 (4 hours, with overtime)

Sat: 9:30-18:00 (8 hours, twice a month)

- Starting date: August 25th, with 2 days of training

Salary:

- Part-time total: 2.2~2.4M KRW

(1) Base Salary: 1.4M KRW

(2) Overtime pay: 0.5M KRW~, proportional to the basic salary

(Overtime pay on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

(2) Saturday (Twice a month): 0.3M KRW (0.15M KRW/sat)

(3) Attendance bonus: up to 0.2M KRW

- Provision of a teacher's private office and personal computer

- Teacher lounge available

- Paid vacations, holidays, and training as per Korean labor regulations
