Job Description:

Ready to teach motivated adult learners and start a rewarding career in Korea? Pagoda, a trusted leader in English education since 1983, is now hiring full-time teachers for our Seoul and Busan centers.

Why Join Pagoda One?
Guaranteed Minimum Pay: 2.5M KRW/month in Seoul, 2.1M KRW/month in Busan (minimum, regardless of hours taught).
Extra Income: 18,000–25,000 KRW/hour for additional classes, plus up to 100,000 KRW/month in split-shift bonuses.
Housing Support: Choose between key money + rent assistance or higher rent-only support.
Focused Teaching: 1:1 adult learners, no desk-warming, no unpaid admin.
Work-Life Balance: 34–38 teaching hours/week, 10–15 days paid vacation, national health insurance, severance and pension.
Relocation & Onboarding: Flights, temporary housing, and training provided for overseas hires.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (apostilled)
Criminal background check (apostilled)
Eligible for E2 visa (sponsorship available); F visa holders and Korean nationals also welcome
