Friendly Play-Based School seeking Educator for young learners! Hello! Are you a passionate educator looking to join a team of experienced teachers at Belle’s Education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging teacher for children aged 2-6 years old. At Belle’s Education, we use a play-based curriculum to help children become fluent, confident English speakers. Our focus is on developing strong social-emotional skills, problem-solving abilities, and English proficiency in our students. As a teacher at Belle’s Education, you will have the opportunity to connect with your students by spending the entire day with them, every day throughout the year. We are currently hiring for a teacher who can conduct fun and comprehensive mixed-subject classes through play-based learning. Positions are available at our kindergartens in both the Linkou and Banqiao areas. Key Details: - School: Belle’s Academy Linkou/Belle’s Garden - Start Date: August 3rd (Training ideally starts on July 20th) - Age Group: Kindergarten Students - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00/16:15 (22.5 teaching hours per week) - Pay: Starting from 68,000ntd – 74,000ntd based on experience and qualifications - Class Size: Approximately 15 students - Location: Central Linkou (No. 581, Wenhua 2nd Rd Section 1 & Zhongshan Road 416) - Training: Company training & teacher observation provided - Requirements: - 2 years+ teaching experience with young learners - Ability to live and work legally in Taiwan - Native level English - Currently in Taiwan - Degree related to education or childcare (Preferred) - Experience with play-based learning education (Reggio Emilia, Montessori, etc.) (Preferred) - Provided: Curriculum and materials, In-classroom co-teacher, ARC/work-permit, Labor insurance/health insurance - Benefits: Quarterly evaluation bonuses, End of year bonus, Paid Time Off days, Flexible unpaid leave, Company-sponsored events, Other benefits provided under Taiwan Labor law If you meet all the requirements and are excited to be a part of our team, we look forward to hearing from you soon!
