Job Description:

This position is specifically for kindergartens in Beijing. Please confirm that you are open to relocating to Beijing before we proceed with the application.

Responsibilities：
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogy by designing engaging, student-centered learning experiences tailored to diverse needs.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment through clear procedures, effective behavior management, and meaningful rapport with students.
- Maintain and organize teaching materials and classroom resources to support a functional and stimulating learning space.
- Document and assess student progress regularly, using data to inform instruction and continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Working Hours:
40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekends off

Requirements:
Native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree or above
TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certified
2 years teaching experience preferred
Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, culturally aware

Compensation and Benefits：
Salary between 20,000CNY - 30,000CNY/ month based on the qualifications
