Job Description:

Seeking a passionate and creative educator to fill the role of a Full-Time 3rd–4th Grade Blended Classroom Teacher at an international school in Gangnam, Seoul.

The successful candidate will lead students in English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, utilizing a mix of traditional teaching methods and digital tools to create an interactive and personalized learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach core subjects using a blend of in-person and digital teaching

- Develop engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs

- Employ educational technology to monitor student advancement

- Foster critical thinking and independent study skills in students

- Offer consistent assessments, feedback, and progress updates

- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and liaise with parents

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and training

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

- Teaching certification is advantageous

- Prior experience with upper elementary grades (3–4) preferred

- Proficiency in blended learning and digital teaching platforms

- ESL/international student teaching experience is a bonus
