About Us

We are a publicly‑listed education and training enterprise based in Beijing. We are now seeking a talented North‑American background Curriculum Developer to join our Beijing‑Changping team for in‑house curriculum research and development.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and iterate high‑quality teaching curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans and supporting teaching materials aligned with learning objectives.
2. Leverage North‑American educational philosophy and teaching experience to optimize course structure, learning activities and assessment systems.
3. Cooperate with teaching, product and operation teams, provide professional suggestions on curriculum implementation and classroom delivery.
4. Conduct curriculum review, collect feedback from real teaching practice, and continuously revise and upgrade course resources.
5. Participate in academic discussion and training for internal instructors.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate shall be from North America (US / Canada).
2. Solid hands‑on teaching experience (K‑12 or further education teaching background required).
3. Age below 45 years old.
4. Preferred: Currently residing in China; or hold complete documents ready for China Z‑Work Visa application.
5. Familiar with North‑American education standards, good instructional design awareness.
6. Strong written communication skills, detail‑oriented, capable of cross‑team collaboration.
