Secure Full-Time Position at Andong English Village Offered by City Government in Andong, Gyeongbuk, Korea.
Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to teach in a unique English Village in Andong, Korea? Join our team at Andong English Village (AEV), a semi-public school supported by the Andong City Government and managed by the Andong National University Continuing Education Center (ANUCEC).
AEV provides situational based English learning to students from public schools in Andong and nearby areas. We are currently looking for dedicated teachers to enhance our team.
Located in Andong, just an hour away from Daegu, our facility offers a genuine Korean cultural experience. With various attractions and events like the 'Andong Mask Dance Festival,' Andong is an ideal place to immerse yourself in Korean heritage.
Position Details:
- Title: Full-time Native English Instructor (22 hours per week)
- Contract Period: 1st March 2026 ~ 28th February 2027
- Responsibilities include teaching English, developing lesson plans, and participating in school events
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with a minimum of a B.A.
- Passport from USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, or South Africa
- Good with children, active, and outgoing
- Teaching experience in Korea is a plus
