MYEP (Make Your own Episode) Academy is located in Suji, Yongin-city.
We are currently growing and looking for more teachers with enthusiam for teaching, energetic and creative. We hire experienced and qualified teachers who hold a decent visa for English teaching.
Our educational goal is to enable students’ ability to self-learn and to foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking capability. We pursue excellent English communication skills both in speaking and writing, and emphasize critical thinking skills above all else. Our curriculum is mainly taught through project-based learning to engange students in learning that is deep and long-lasting. Also, we have varied classes (like debate and novel) that can allow teachers to appeal thier own interests and strenghts.
Position Details
Location: Suji (near Dongcheon Station-Sinbundang Red line), approx. 15 minutes to Bundang and 30 to Gangnam via public transportation
Start date: March (2025)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 1:00-9:00 p.m
Teaching grade: 1st to 7th graders
Monthly salary: 2.6 - 2.8 million (negotiable upon experience)
Class size: 8 students
Housing: Singled furnished housing less than 15 minutes from the school
Benefits: Paid vacation of 5 days each in summer and winter, National holidays off, Housing allowance or accomodation, Severance payment (upon completion of contract), Health insurance
* We prioritize instructors currently residing in Korea.
Preference: 1+ years working for English academies in Korea, Children friendly, Proficient MS office, Media savvy, Have taught English through project based learning
