Come work with us, not for us! Ron English, located in Geomdan New City, Incheon, South Korea, is looking for an experienced ESL teacher to join our team. We value autonomy and collaboration, believing in creating a supportive academic environment for elementary-aged children that fosters holistic English development.
As the co-owner and head teacher, I'm Trevor, and we are excited to expand our team of native English-speaking instructors. Our school's philosophy revolves around "Happy, Simple, English," aiming to create a low-stress, enjoyable learning atmosphere.
At Ron English, we emphasize active student engagement and social interaction for language acquisition. Our classrooms are vibrant and collaborative, focusing on meaningful English use.
Job Details:
- Start Date: October/November
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM–7:45 PM
- Teaching hours: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM (5 classes/day with breaks)
- Student Age Group: Elementary
- Class Size: Max 8 students
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at ₩2.5 million+ based on experience
- Housing: Provided or allowance

Vacation:
- 11 days paid vacation (1st year) + Korean holidays
- 15 days paid vacation (2nd year)
Visa & Requirements:
- Visa Type: E-2 or F-series
- Eligibility: Relevant teaching experience required
