We are actively recruiting passionate teachers for our current Mathayom 4 (M4) SEEK class, as well as building our faculty for the upcoming 2027–2028 academic year (starting May).
About the NP SEEK Program
Established in 2014, the SEEK Program (Searching for Education, Entertainment, and Knowledge) is a tested, high-achieving English track for motivated students who are searching for adventure, happiness, fulfillment, and academic success. Following its massive success, the program has expanded through M4, M5, and M6.
Small Class Sizes: Classes are strictly capped at under 16 students, allowing for deep engagement and personalized instruction.
Tech-Equipped Classroom: Your dedicated space includes a computer station with 10 modern PCs for interactive learning and student research.
Specialized Curriculum: Built on the core NP Program foundation, SEEK utilizes enriched specialty textbooks, advanced readers, and National Geographic Learning series.
Project-Based & Exam Preparation: Students work on long-term, 4-skill projects tailored to their personal and professional aspirations while preparing for national and university entrance exams.
Our goal is to equip students with a powerful combination of English proficiency, social skills, and academic aptitude—because after all, the best thing a student can SEEK is a bright future!
Role Overview
Position: Native English Teacher – M4 SEEK Program
Start Dates: Immediate / May 2027
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Teaching Load: Approx. 16–20 hours per week (with optional extra paid teaching opportunities)
Environment: Tech-integrated classroom, small cohort sizes, and long-term project support
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 35,000 Baht per month (paid year-round, inclusive of holidays)
Housing: FREE on-campus housing (provided upon receipt of Non-B visa)
Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance included
Visa Support: Full assistance with Visa and Work Permit processing
Tech & Facilities: Modern facilities, student computers, smart teaching aids, and rich educational resources
Applicant Requirements
Nationality: Citizen of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (South African applicants require a valid TOEIC score).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Preferences: Priority given to applicants currently in Thailand, TEFL/TESOL certified, holders of Education degrees, or those with prior secondary/advanced ESL teaching experience.
