Founded in 1878, Dara Academy is one of Chiang Mai’s most historic and prestigious educational institutions. Originally established by American missionaries as the first girls' school in Northern Thailand, we have evolved into a premier coeducational private school under the Church of Christ in Thailand. Today, we serve approximately 6,000 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, maintaining a reputation for balancing tradition with modern innovation.
