As an Instructional Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Your role will involve supporting students' well-being and academic progress while assisting with daily classroom activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Certification: Teaching or educational support certifications are preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in supporting teaching and learning is advantageous
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patience and a positive attitude towards working with children
- Adaptability in teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
- English Proficiency for Non-Native Speakers:
- TOEFL®: iBT 80, CBT 214, PBT 550
- TOEIC: 690
- IELTS: 6.5
