Job Description:

Are you a passionate and experienced native English speaker looking to lead the teaching department at our school? We offer a negotiable salary with potential for higher pay based on your qualifications and experience.

**Responsibilities include:**

- Leading and managing the department to provide a broad curriculum and ensure high standards for pupils.

- Overseeing Math & Science teaching to promote excellence and innovation in learning.

- Developing a shared vision within the department that reflects the school's values.

**Qualifications:**

- Degree in an appropriate discipline.

- Qualified Teacher Status.

- Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4 is desirable.

**Desirable requirements:**

- Knowledge of Math and Science.

- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and communication.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
