Job Description:

AEP Institute in Pathum Thani is looking for a NES English Teacher to join their team. AEP is a small, fun, and professional language tutorial school situated in the Rangsit Klong 3 area. They provide full training, small class sizes, a prepared curriculum, and a great work environment under western management. The ideal candidate should be energetic, fun, and passionate about impacting students' lives, especially younger kids.

As an NES English Teacher at AEP Institute, you will have the opportunity to work in a location close to Bangkok yet offering reduced living costs. The institute values your input, provides a supportive team environment, and ensures your work stays at work without take-home grading.

**Full-time Position Details:**
- Pay: 60,000+ Baht/month
- 50,000 Baht annual bonus after completing a one-year contract
- Quarterly bonuses based on company performance
- 10 days off per year after passing a 3-month probation + Thai holidays
- Visa and work permit provided and covered by the company
- Workweek: 5 days/week including weekends
- Contact Hours: Up to 5 on weekdays and 7 on weekends

**Duties:**
- Conduct engaging classes using provided materials and curriculum
- Offer feedback on students' progress to parents and staff
- Create a positive and safe learning environment

**Requirements:**
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CELTA or equivalent certification
