Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a PE Specialist Assistant (Swimming Instructor). The successful candidate will assist in delivering engaging physical education lessons, provide professional swimming instruction, and promote health, fitness, and safety within a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering PE lessons across various age groups.
- Provide safe and effective swimming instruction.
- Ensure pool safety and supervise students during activities.
- Support students in building physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize school sports and physical activities.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivating atmosphere for all learners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field is preferred.
- Licensed or certified swimming instructor is strongly preferred.
- Experience in teaching or coaching children in swimming and PE.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
