Job Description:

Lighthouse Education Phuket is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Native English Teacher to join our team as a Primary Homeroom Teacher. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a pleasant and cheerful personality, and be committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Applicants should already be residing in Thailand.

Responsibilities include creating a nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development for primary students, developing creative lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, collaborating with other teachers and staff, monitoring student progress, and maintaining effective communication with parents.

Requirements for this position include being a native English speaker with excellent communication skills, a cheerful personality, and the ability to connect with young learners. Candidates should be willing to adapt to different teaching methods, inspire children, and have strong organizational skills. Previous experience of 1-2 years in a school setting and a Bachelor's degree in Education are required.

The starting salary is at least ฿45,000 per month, with the potential for a higher package depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive packages, opportunities for growth, professional development, paid holidays, lunch, and uniform. Working hours are 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. There is also an opportunity for supplemental income from after-school programs.
