**Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons for Grades 7–12 following the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level curriculum
- Design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and prepare academic reports
- Develop students’ analytical, writing, and critical reading skills
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages discussion and inquiry
- Support students with exam preparation and coursework
- Participate in school events and uphold professional standards
**Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching qualification or professional teacher’s license preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with Cambridge IGCSE and/or A-Level English
- Excellent command of English
- Knowledge of Cambridge English syllabi is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to student success
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
