Role and Responsibilities
As a Corporate Trainer at Ultimahub, you will:

Deliver Customized Training: Design and deliver engaging workshops and courses tailored to clients’ specific needs, focusing on areas such as business communication, leadership, cross-cultural communication, and soft skills development.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop and update training materials, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client requirements.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their organizational goals and provide training solutions that add measurable value.
Facilitation: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions with energy and professionalism, fostering a productive learning environment for participants.
Assessment and Reporting: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and provide detailed reports to clients.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest training methodologies and industry developments, integrating innovative approaches into your sessions.
Qualifications
Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training or a similar role.
Proven expertise in delivering soft skills, leadership, and cross-cultural training.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to different industries and audiences.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Desirable:

Experience in training design and development, including e-learning modules.
Certifications in training or coaching (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent).
Familiarity with training in the Taiwan market or experience working in Asia.
