At HESS, you will deliver English classes to students aged 12 and younger. You will prepare lessons using HESS's structured curriculum, grade homework and tests, and work with colleagues from around the world to ensure the success of your students. Our classes are full of student-centered activities and games that emphasize fun and learning while introducing students to all aspects of the English language.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn competitive pay from 680-730 NTD per teaching hour, with annual raise evaluations, plus an additional 3,000 NTD per month for administrative work
Guaranteed hours, a minimum of 20 teaching hours per week, with most teachers averaging about 25-26 teaching hours per week
Completion bonuses for each one year contract completed

Immigration and onboarding assistance to help you complete all the documents necessary to legally live and work in Taiwan

Qualifications and Requirements
Must hold a passport from a country where English is an official language
Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be passionate about, and comfortable with, overseeing and being responsible for young children
Education credentials, teaching licenses, and teaching are not required, but could be helpful!
