International Children's Language School (ICLS) is in search of a dedicated ESL Instructor for their school located north of Seoul. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about creating a positive and effective learning environment for elementary and middle school students.
**Location:** North of Seoul (Dongducheon & Yangju)
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, teaching 5 hours and 10 minutes per day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 40-minute break included. Teachers must arrive by 2:00 PM for lesson preparation.
**Student Profile:** Motivated elementary and middle school students.
**Compensation:** Competitive monthly salary of 2.6 to 3.0 million KRW, single apartment, round-trip airfare, severance pay, medical insurance, and pension provided.
**Candidate Requirements:** Native English speaker, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, prior teaching experience preferred, TESOL or Early Childhood Education certification advantageous, genuine passion for working with children, and alignment with the school's mission.
