Hillside Collegiate – ESL Teacher Recruitment

Hillside Collegiate, an English education institute in Busan, South Korea, is seeking an ESL Teacher for Kindergarten and Elementary levels. We follow the U.S. Common Core curriculum and are affiliated with the Middle States Association (MSA).

Responsibilities:

- Teach students from Kindergarten to elementary levels

- Follow the school's Common Core–based curriculum

- Collaborate with both Korean and foreign staff to maintain a positive work environment

- Prepare lessons and participate in school events as necessary

Qualifications:

- Native English Speaker

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education or related fields)

- Clean criminal record

- Enthusiastic about teaching children

- Team-oriented and responsible

Working Conditions:

- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience (Approx. 2.5 million KRW ~ )

- Benefits: Paid vacation, national holidays, severance pay, medical insurance, pension, and furnished housing or housing allowance
