IDEAL English is a well-regarded private language school in Bangkok known for its creative and inspiring English Programs that engage students in their learning journey. As a teacher at IDEAL, you will play a crucial role in empowering students to become confident users of the English language.
We are currently hiring Native English Speakers and Native/Non-Native teachers for Mathematics and Economics/Financial subjects to start in March/May 2025 for both Regular and English Programs.
The position involves teaching up to 20 periods per week (50 minutes each), with additional hours for administrative tasks and lesson planning, totaling 40 hours per week. You will receive support and training from an exceptional Head Teacher.
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate a deep commitment to teaching, cultural understanding, adaptability, and professionalism. You should be able to create engaging lesson plans, develop learning materials, and be open to continuous professional development.
Qualifications required include a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University, ESL certification (TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL with a minimum of 120 hours in-class training), and a TOEIC score of 900 for non-native speakers. Native or non-native speakers already in Thailand and available to start by March or May 2025 are encouraged to apply.
In return, IDEAL English Academy offers a competitive benefits package, including a Monday to Friday work schedule, salary ranging from 40,000 to 44,000 Baht, renewable 12-month contract with annual salary increase, bonuses, visa extension, medical insurance, and more.
