Are you passionate about teaching and looking for an exciting opportunity in Seongnam, a satellite suburb of Seoul? KnK International Homeschool is currently seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our dynamic team.
**Position:**
We are seeking teachers who are dedicated to helping students achieve excellence. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about using high-interest games, engaging activities, and hands-on projects to facilitate language learning. Collaboration is key, as you will work with a team of 1-3 other teachers to create a positive and creative learning environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Degrees related to education, English, and/or ESL preferred
- E2/F visa eligibility
- 2+ years of ESL teaching experience
- Teaching certification or CELTA/TESOL/TEFL
**Compensation:**
- Monthly salary of 2.8 to 3.2 million won + quarterly bonus
- 20 days of paid vacation
- Severance pay equivalent to one month's salary upon completion of a one-year contract
- Free furnished housing or monthly housing subsidy
- Round-trip airfare
- Half of national health insurance premiums and national pension costs covered
**Working Conditions:**
- Maximum 25 teaching hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule (4 pm to 9:30 pm)
- 2 hours of daily prep time
- No Saturday classes, except in rare circumstances
- No split shifts
- Intensives in January and August with paid overtime
- Paid training opportunities
