Job Description:

IEM is an English academy with a curriculum designed for advanced English students in Seocho.
We are looking for invest in highly motivated native English teacher that are committed to building a successful career as English teachers in Korea. The Academy is operated by directors with years of teaching experience who understand that building a great academy can only be achieved through providing the best working environment for the teachers first.


Class Room Teachers for elementary school students. (2nd to 5th graders)

-Teachers at IEM need to:
a. facilitate a fun learning environment
b. maintain a positive attitude in class
c. be a great role model for the students
- Teachers will NOT be given the task of:
a. grading essays, homework, or tests

Working hours

1. Full time teachers: Mon ~ Sat
2. Hours: 1:40 pm to 9:40 pm from Mon ~ Friday, 11:00 ~ 5:45 Saturday

Candidate qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in elementary grades (2nd - 5th)
• Have an apostilled CBC and a university diploma ready
• Have a clean self-medical health check
• Have a plan to stay in Korea for the foreseeable future

Salary

Base salary: 5 million won

+

Performance based (retention rate) bonus: 2.2 Million
