Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Spanish Teacher to teach students in Kindergarten and Primary levels. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using activity-based and project-based learning approaches, while fostering strong communication skills in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver fun, interactive Spanish lessons tailored to young learners (ages 4–12).
Use activity-based learning strategies such as songs, games, role-play, storytelling, puppetry, movement, and hands-on activities.
Implement project-based learning units that allow students to explore real-world themes through group projects, art, presentations, and collaborative tasks.
Create opportunities for daily communication in Spanish, encouraging students to speak, listen, and interact confidently.
Assess student progress through informal observations, projects, and simple language tasks.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
Maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment that supports curiosity and joyful learning.
Communicate regularly with school staff and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Participate in school events, planning meetings, or training sessions when required.
