UCA Language Academy is in search of a committed R&D team member skilled in creating and enhancing educational materials for elementary students. The ideal candidate will also be able to step in as a substitute teacher when required.

[Responsibilities]
- Plan and create English textbooks and workbooks with extensive experience in hagwon and school environments
- Develop English curricula for early childhood and elementary students

[Qualifications]
- Native English speaker or bilingual with native-level English proficiency
- 3+ years of experience in English education content development
- Experience with Novel studies, Camp materials, and more
- Ability to offer strategic guidance to boost competitiveness in the English education and hagwon sector
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications
- Possession of relevant teaching certifications in English education or related fields
- Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory

[Working Conditions]
- Employment Type: Full-time (Regular position) Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 18:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
- Location: 52, Seongbuk-ro 4-gil, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (near Seongsin Women's University Station)
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Starting Date: Beginning of May
