Position Overview
The High School English Language Arts Teacher designs and delivers engaging lessons that build literacy, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. The teacher creates an inclusive classroom where English learners and advanced students alike can grow as readers, writers, and thinkers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging lessons aligned to U.S. Common Core Standards in Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening, and Language.
Cultivate a student-centered classroom that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of English language learners and students at varying proficiency levels.

Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree • Native English speaker • At least 2 years’ full-time teaching experience • AMI/AMS 0-3 or 3-6 certified preferably have worked in Montessori environment • Teaching credential • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to embrace a unique, multicultural school culture
Monthly salary before tax: RMB 27,000 - 40,000
