WonderLearn Academy, a growing tutoring and enrichment center in Songkhla, Thailand, is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and versatile foreign teacher to join our team and help us grow together!
Who We’re Looking For:
A teacher with experience in tutoring centers, early childhood education, and phonics/conversation teaching
Someone who can teach English, Math, and Science to both young learners and older students
Energetic, passionate, and able to attract and retain students
Team player with a long-term mindset—we’re building something special, and we want someone who’s excited to grow with us!
Skilled in teaching students aged 2 years to adults
Able to plan and prepare your own lessons and deliver fun, engaging classes
Creative and confident in using teaching materials and multimedia tools
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and full of energy
Someone who truly wants to help our school grow and bring in more students
What We Offer:
Starting salary: 30,000 THB/month during the first 3-month probation
Salary increase up to 40,000 THB+ based on performance

Requirements:
NES Female or male teacher, age under 60
Teaching experience with both young kids and primary students
Confident in teaching Advance Phonics, English Conversation, Math, and Science
Must have ESL teaching experience
Confident in handling mixed-age classes, especially young children
Ability to design your own lesson plans and activities
Degree and TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred
Must be fun, committed, and professional
Able to connect with students and bring joy to learning
A degree and teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL) are preferred but not strictly required if experienced

Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
