This structured, 9-day, in-country pathway is designed for people who want to move into paid ESL teaching jobs with meaningful support on the ground — while reducing the risks connected with going it alone. It’s about turning existing TESOL, TEFL or CELTA certification into a paid teaching job in Cambodia.

Your 9-day pathway is built around real classroom experience in a supportive environment, cultural immersion, and getting established in Cambodia.

Accommodation for 9 nights: basic, private room, private bathroom
Intensive teaching practicum with an emphasis on actual classroom experience
6 hours of real classroom observation
6 hours of supervised teaching practice, with feedback on the first 4 hours

Expert guidance from local trainers and tutors
