ICS International School is now seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position: School Coordinator (Primary) Primary Homeroom Teacher Note: (Native English Speaker) Commencement Salary: $1500 - $1700+ (based on qualifications and experience) Main Duties: - Establish and promote high standards and expectations for the students in terms of discipline, high moral standards, academic excellence and character development - Plan the lesson, organize the classroom and assess the strengths and weaknesses of each individual student - Make a weekly plan and create term or final exams - Work cooperatively with the faculty members, school administration and management to promote team spirit - Set homework/assignments for the students in accordance with the homework policy and guidelines Requirements & Qualifications: - Current photo - Women are encouraged - Excellent English pronunciation and knowledge - Licensed teachers or teachers with experience in teaching the British Curriculum are preferred - At least one-year teaching experience - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work as part of a team Extra Benefits: - Annual performance appraisal - Annual salary review - Paid annual leave days - Insurance (Accident & Health) - National Social Security Fund (NSSF) - Work Permit coverage (All conditions must be met) - Visa Extension coverage (All conditions must be met) - Two-week holiday break (All conditions must be met) - Working days: Monday to Friday How to Apply - Email address: recruitment@ics.edu.kh (Preferable)
